PROFILE

Mr. Schulz has over 30 years of Information Technology experience in various industries. Yogi works extensively in the petroleum industry to select and implement financial, production revenue accounting, land & contracts and geotechnical systems. He manages projects that arise from changes in business requirements, from the need to leverage technology opportunities and from mergers. His specialties include IT strategy, web strategy and systems project management.

Mr. Schulz speaks regularly to industry groups and writes a column for Microsoft.com. He has written for Computing Canada and for the Calgary Herald. His writing focuses on project management and IT developments of interest to management. Mr. Schulz has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the PPDM Association since 1994.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Through Corvelle Consulting, Mr. Schulz is assisting oil and gas companies increase the value they are receiving from their investments in information technology. Yogi is helping clients transition applications toward a web-based architecture encompassing multi-tier thin client and portal technology.

At DMR Group Inc., Mr. Schulz worked in the management consulting and project management practices. Yogi worked with several oil and gas companies to select and implement administrative and technical systems as well as setting direction for the development of the application portfolio.

Mr. Schulz previously held the position of General Manager at a Calgary company that is a leading supplier of data processing services to the Canadian energy industry. In addition to managing day to day business activities, Yogi managed a number of software development and software package installation projects for clients in the energy sector.

Previously, Yogi was a partner for many years in an information technology consulting firm. The firm was a Calgary-based information systems consulting practice specializing in the oil and gas industry. Yogi was project manager in the construction or enhancement of administrative and geotechnical systems for many clients in the energy sector.
